It is a commercial building with 15000 Sqm area. It has three basements and a ten storied building. The external façade is Unitized glazing system and Stone cladding. Hard/ soft landscape around.

F & B MALL PROJECT
Project: Proposed F & B Mall at Azaiba – 6 million OMR
Description: This is a Mall having basement and 3 floors. Structure includes post tension slabs.  The built-up area is 17000m2

This project is having retails shops, trellis, kiosks and the GF the external façade is having stone cladding and texture paint. Ground floor marble flooring and hard landscape finishes. The artificial trees and WPC pergolas.               

ROYAL COURT AFFIARS (APR 2012 – March 2021)
MUSEUM PROJECT
Project: Oman across Ages Museum – 117 Million OMR

Description: The project has huge quantity of structural steel works, the quantity is 260000MT across 38400m2 area. There are two exhibition galleries which has total 45 trusses out of which 25 trusses has span of 80-85m. The weight of each truss is approximately 300-350MT. It also has one 90m long truss with 8.5 m depth, the total weight of this truss was 850MT. It was erected in two parts. In addition, most complex part of the structure was cantilever tip with total weight of 2445 MT.

The museum is having high end finishes in terms of internal and externally.

The external façade has stone cladding to the entire building with 50mm thick stone along with Glazing works.

Internal ceiling is provided with GFRG coffer ceiling at the main areas.

Further there are timber and aluminum panel ceiling is approved at some gallery area.

The library is having acoustic wall paneling and fire rated glass partition.

The building is having all major service requirements such as ELV, HVAC, generator backup and Building management systems. 

Project: Mosque for his Majesty the Royal Court of Oman – 30 Million
Description: A Major regional mosque of exceptional quality in Nizwa a desert town in Oman. It has stone cladding works, big parking and soft and hard landscape works. There is Shaded Main sahan at the entrance. The sahan shading is built with structural beams cladded with timber.

HOSPITALITY
Project: Fairmont Bab AL Bahr- 150 Million AED
Description: – It is a waterfront development features a premium waterfront community that provides hotels, luxury homes and a mix of leisure amenities. – All built within a mixed-use work live environment. The Integrated Tourism Community includes five-star resort hotels, commercial, retail, 19 luxury villas and apartments. The development is constructed on marina.

ROYAL PROJECTS
Project: Palace for his Majesty Sultan of Oman at Salalah – Undisclosed Budget. Extensive royal palace including a private residence, state banqueting rooms, conference facilities, a private theatre within the palace.

The Royal palace has 400 rooms for different purposes and different finishes. The palace is surrounded with extensive area of landscaped grounds with automated irrigation network. There is a Swimming pool along with services area with pump room.  and this big facility is served by a big size service compound. Which has chillers and generators, pumps, tanks and workshops and workers facility area.
Palace has separate gym building and a movie theater.
The other structure of Arabic and European Majlis has similar finishes.  

Project: Palace for his Majesty the Sultan of Oman at Nizwa – Undisclosed Budget.
Description: Several extension Phases of the Nizwa Palace complex. Including alterations to His Majesty’s Residence, New Barracks, Cabinet Rooms, Private Library, Kitchen Facilities, Multipurpose State Rooms and Villas for state guests.

All royal buildings are having high end finishes and top end materials imported from different parts of world.

RETAIL

Project: Ishanya Mall Shopping Centre
Description: shopping mall with a major supermarket. Fast track construction enabled the project to be delivered on time and to budget in 18 months. This is a Market Hall which forms part of the overall master plan. Waffle Slabs, Form finish concrete walls, special type of structural details. It also has structural steel works and ACP cladding works.

Project: Lokmat Printing Press Office Pune
Description: A Modern Office building was constructed for print media group with all modern facilities.it has special external finish of wire cut brick work. Apart from office building there is a printing press built with structural steel works.

Project: Cognizant Technology Corporate Office
Description: It is a project of corporate office of IT Company. It has Post tension slabs and finishes of glazing and ACP cladding works with modern architectural design. The pergola was constructed with structural steel works cladded with ACP cladding.

Project: TATA Technology Centre
Description: Along with civil works exposure to Post tensioning works and Different types of structural Glazing Works, ACP Cladding works.

Description: Middle and high school comprising of residential facility and classrooms, swimming pool, gymnasium, theatre and departmental learning centers including IT, Languages, Science Labs.

Description: It was a part of railway network project. It was having subways platforms and building with many public facilities. The railway station super structure was constructed with tubular steel structure and sheet cladding works

Project: DIVA – Vasai Railway Line Project
Description: It was a part of railway network project it had several bridges along the route. Underpass and road works of approximately 10km was carried out in Oman near Sultan Qaboos Mosque Nizwa
